I've been involved in scouting since 2011. I've moved through the sections as a Joey, Cub and Scout Leader, and currently the Group Leader.
I love the adventure of working with our youth members to develop their personal growth. During the day I work in Banking and Finance for one of the major 4 banks, which I have done for the past 30 years.
Hi, my name is Natalia and I am section Leader of Wednesday Joeys. I have been in scouting now for approximately 9 years and love seeing the Joey kids grow in confidence and independence through all the wonderful opportunities that Scouting exposes them to.
Outside of scouting I am a mum of 3 wonderful children and heavily involved in the disability field. I love nothing more than spending time with family and friends and enjoy having a good laugh.
Hi, my name is Ervin.
I asked my daughters to pick an Australian native animal for my scout name and they picked : Possum! There once a youth member saw me climbing up the high ropes quickly to help another youth member who needed encouragement. Later that day, that youth member said “you are truly a possum! You were very quick at climbing the obstacles and ropes!” =D
I joined Scout because I love the outdoors, love being part of a community to create fun and challenging activities and interacting with youth members.
Back to nature is the best thing to do for me. The creations are so beautiful, not to be missed!
And being part of youth member’s journeys as they learn and grow in every wisdom while having fun is gratifying. Looking at how they grow as an independent, responsible, resilient and kind person who is ready to help out is somewhat satisfying.
I love traveling, exploring different cultures and trying new things and new food. I am also fascinated by the beauty of life underwater. I wish one day I can learn how to dive and go places to explore.
Hi, I’m Coral, a new Joey Scout Leader, and I’m thrilled to be part of this amazing journey! Though I’ve just joined, I’m already passionate about creating fun and meaningful experiences for our Joey Scouts. My goal is to help them explore the world around them, develop new skills, and build lasting friendships. I believe Scouting is all about fostering a sense of belonging and teamwork, where every Joey is valued and encouraged to be their best. Let’s adventure together and make the most of every moment!
I’m a proud dad of two with a passion for creativity and adventure. By day, I create and maintain interactive exhibits and games at a museum. In Scouting, we celebrate our differences and embrace equality—together, we grow, learn, and achieve!

Hi I’m Dingo. During the day I work at Australian Red Cross Lifeblood. I enjoy volunteering some of my time to Scouting and giving back to our community.
I’m a proud mom of two girls and was first introduced to Scouts through my eldest daughter. What started as a way to support her journey quickly became a passion for me. I love nature, the outdoors, and helping young people develop skills, confidence, and resilience.
By day, I work in IT at one of the big four banks, but outside of work, I’m always seeking new adventures. I have a deep love for travel, exploring different cultures, and discovering new places with my family. Cooking is another passion of mine—I enjoy trying out new recipes and sharing meals that bring people together.
Whether it’s hiking, camping, traveling, or creating something delicious in the kitchen, I love embracing new experiences and helping Scouts do the same. Seeing them challenge themselves, grow, and achieve their best is the most rewarding part of this journey!
There once was a leader named Numbat,
With wisdom and kindness—imagine that!
From Joeys to Scouts, she found her way,
Guiding young minds by night and by day.
She reads with a passion, her stories unfold,
Crochets a creation, so cozy to hold.
But her greatest joy, if you ask me,
Is laughter and love with her family.
Hi there, I am Kuro. I am a former Cub leader and have now moved up to the Scout section. I enjoy the great outdoors and can never resist an adventure. I enjoy camping, hiking and most of all having FUN.

G’day! I’m Hawkeye, and I’ve been a Leader since April 2023, starting with the Cub section before moving up to Venturers at the start of 2024. I love working with young people to help them push boundaries, develop leadership skills, and embrace adventure.
Professionally, I have a background in career coaching, guiding people to find and follow their passions. These days, I focus on coaching people with disabilities to unlock their potential and build meaningful futures—something that aligns closely with the personal growth and skill-building we do in Scouts.
